The collaborative robot OMRON TM has an integrated image processing system. The5MP camera captures objects in a wide  visual field, and the modern lighting technology provides flawless object recognition under nearly any condition. With the image processing system, reliability, consistency and precision e. g. as regards pick and place processes are increased. Furthermore, you benefit from many functions without any additional effort such as pattern recognition, bar code registration and colour recognition, which is essential for many inspection, measuring and sorting applications.
