Vocational Training

Since the foundation of db-matik AG, we set value on an own vocational training in our company. For this reason, as early as at the beginning, a trainee as technical product designer was employed who was able to complete her vocational training successfully and since then has been working in the company.

The activities which regard vocational training have been extended successfully. Currently, five young people are pursuing their vocational training in Turonstrasse 13 - four are learning the profession cutting machine operator and another trainee is becoming a technical product designer.

A special highlight this training year is the promotion of a "dual student" at the campus in the county seat Cham. These mechatronics studies with "deepened praxis" facilitate to already work in a firm during studies. The advantages - for the student as well as for the company - are obvious. The student is able to exercise and implement the learned theory directly into the praxis and to deepen his expertise. The company on the other hand not only supports a young person, it can also already integrate future specialists into the firm during training.

Training on site is linked with the respective vocational colleges and the Mechatronik-Campus. We actively keep in touch with them - not only because of our CEOs, who passed their own vocational trainings in the region. Vocational training and further education of our employees is always of high importance. This is especially visible in times of skill shortage.

db-matik AG today already thinks about tomorrow!
